Very Comfortable! My arthritic knee feels much better after wearing my compression sleeve at night for a week or so. I’ve now been wearing the knee sleeve nightly for over a month. I no longer use Voltaren on it during the day. The sleeve definitely works
I had a total knee replacement not too long ago. The compression sock after surgery was making me itch and I was getting a rash from it. I came across this company by mistake & I am glad I did. Not only is the product soft, comfortable and fits perfect but customer service really cares about their customers. I had a problem with one of the leg sleeves(not product) customer service helped me and I’m grateful. It’s rare for CS to care. My mom has placed an order & I will definitely place another o...
Fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear at night
I have a torn meniscus and arthritis in all three compartments along with bone spurs. I ordered the knee brace from one compress in hopes that I would get at least a little bit of relief from the pain. Well I can tell you that I ended up getting way more than just a little bit of relief from this knee sleeve. I wear it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's very comfortable to sleep in and I can tell you that it is not too warm. And having a very large leg. I was worried that it would roll down fro...
I had a total knee replacement 12 years ago and been having muscle pain off and on. Whenever I put my bamboo compression sleeve on it helps any pain immensely.
This is very comfortable and I use it when sleeping. It has helped with pain and achiness. I highly recommend.
Love the onecompress bamboo sleeves. Now have four knee sleeves (to share with my husband) and two ankle sleeves. Not sure why they work, but so far they are a game changer. Very happy with the product - hope they last!!
I had a total knee replacement surgery in February 2026 and the One Compress bamboo sleeve is the only thing that has helped with my ongoing nerve pain. I am so grateful for this sleeve!
Very soft material and they feel great. Also they are very easy to sleep in.
I had knee surgery 3 weeks ago. I like the compression and help with swelling.
So comfortable and supportive without binding! And my ordering experience was excellent too! Very positive experience and a quality product.
When I sleep with it, I wake up better in the morning and when I don’t, I’m sore all day
Excellent! We finally found a good fit for my crazy knees/legs! I so appreciate your hard work helping me and especially appreciate this wonderful product that actually gives me the knee support I need and that truly makes a difference in helping me get around.
I appreciate you So Much!

My knees feel so much stronger with the knee supports, so soft on my skin. I have 2 sizes. I wear M to bed and S during the day because I need the extra support when I walk. Could not live my life without one compress.
love them
I purchased this compression sleeve for my knee since I've been experiencing some pain due to osteoarthritis. It really does help. Sometimes I will wear it at night and in the morning my knee doesn't hurt and is less stiff. I plan on purchasing a couple more soon.
Had hardware removal to prepare for total knee replacement and having to wear compression wear. Opted for your knee sock in combination with the knee sleeve. Works great!
Did buy the full leg sleeve too so my foot could breathe but doesn't cover both ankle and knee (my legs are longer than normal), so will save for next surgery.
It works well at night, that I seldom wear it during the day. 👍🏼
I wear the bamboo knee sleeve at night and sometimes during the day. I have arthritis in my knees and the sleeve alleviates that pain during the night. The bamboo sleeve feels so good on my knees. I will be ordering at least another pair so I don’t have to be without them while I have that pair in the wash and waiting for them to line dry. That’s the best way to clean them. Again thank you for making such a wonderful product.
Feels great under knee brace, nice compression!
