Thank you for shopping with BOND! Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • Canada, UK, Australia: 8-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time we offer free shipping promotions; any active promotion will be shown on our website and applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website. Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. BOND is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at leganoyuncak@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at leganoyuncak@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
