We want you to love your BOND gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at leganoyuncak@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, no return shipping required.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. If you need help with an exchange, just email us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at leganoyuncak@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
